Super cute little coffee shop! Great flavors great vibes! Only about 22 seats inside so get here early to grab one!! Definitely coming back in the near future! The coffee has bold flavors but it’s not too overwhelming

The snickerdoodle coffee is so good! I had the egg, bacon and cheese sandwich and highly recommend it. My husband had a turkey and ham panini and said it was great. Every one there was very friendly. Great reason to shop small and shop local. So glad we found this place!

Brunch at Bud's Farmhouse Coffee. I've been wanting to try a small cigar with my coffee for a while now, and have been looking for a real coffee house in my area. Bud's is a short walk, and even shorter drive. After seeing excellent reviews on Google Maps, this is the place. Small, cozy space with just enough seats and two outdoor tables. Awesome couple here, and perfect service. I told her I was going to sit out by my van and smoke a cigar with my breakfast, and she said she would be happy to bring it right out. When she delivered the food, she remarked this is going to make your day. She wasn't kidding. I live in a world of fast food breakfast sandwiches, and this is definitely not one of those. Basically melt in your mouth goodness. The cappuccino is the best I've ever had. I will take the cinnamon roll home for later. Bud's Farmhouse Coffee is Maloy Approved Back on Monday morning. This time to experience the indoor setting. This place is lovely. Come sit a bit.

Two private chefs left our summer position in The Hamptons (see those reviews) and we are traveling back to Beverly Hills. Stayed in Oak Ridge Tenn and found Bud's!! What a find!!!! After a summer of inconsistent and mostly bad coffee at Joe's in Amaganset it was truly a blessing to find this place. Atmosphere very quit and relaxing the cafe was very stylishly appointed. Now the food, the build on everything was amazing, fantastic overnight oats, blueberry muffin was NOT from Costco and very good, cinnamon roll the same, gooey and delicious. The breakfast egg and cheese (me) & sausage (my wife) very hardy, cheesy and good ingredients. The staff was very very cheery with warm smiles (especially short petite blond gal at the counter) and happy to explain their menu to people who were obviously out of town. Yes,.... we tend to stick it like a sore thumb in little towns like this. We are only here two days and we will for sure get on the road tomorrow with another breakfast sandwich from Bud's. Thanks again for saving us from McDonald's for breakfast. It's wonderful to see little places like this clearly run with pride! We wish you all the best!!

I only wish 6 six stars were an option LOL. This is what locally owned, small business is about. Friendly and accurate service of freshly prepared delicious coffee and pastries is abundant here. We enjoyed our visit and already are excited to return. Yum.

So happy to find this local gem! Great atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Danielle, my barista, (I believe that’s her name) was very sweet. Kitchen staff brings the food right to you. Everyone was very friendly. This coffeehouse has a very hometown feel to it. Coffee and food were truly delicious! I had a sausage egg & cheese on a croissant and was pleased to find they use quality meat.

I love this hidden gem! Coffees, matcha, cookies, and muffins, were delicious. The Spinach Feta Croissant is AMAZING!! Very clean, great service. Such a chill and comfortable atmosphere.

Love this place. Everything is always so good. They are very nice and always have smiles on their faces. I do wish prices were just a 🤏🏻little lower, then I could afford to come everyday for my cup of coffee. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

My Wife and I went here for the first time today. We now know why it has a 4.9 out of 5 star rating. The smell when you walk in is incredible. The shop is small but extremely clean and very comfortable feeling. We decided to eat in. The entire atmosphere is so nice, very relaxing and the coffee? It knocks every coffee shop out of the water. The coffee has such a great, full taste. We didn't know they had food and upon looking over the menu, we ordered an everything bagel with sausage, eggs and cheese. The bagel was delicious and perfectly made. I had not had an everything bagel with sausage, eggs and cheese in 28 years. I was reminded of just how good they are! They are open until 2:00, focusing on breakfast and lunch. There are several items on their menu and after this visit, we plan on stopping by each and every month. The shop is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. It is not a stuffy place, like many of the other coffee shops are. It's friendly, clean and delicious. Thank you Bud's Farmhouse!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars from us ❤️

Stopped by after swimming at the oak ridge pool. We’ve been going by Starbucks but they are so slow and the drive through was 8 cars deep. Stopped by here and walked right up. Got a drip coffee with a shot of espresso and a kids hot chocolate for my daughter. Great little spot. Will go by here from now on.
